>Sangiovese d'Abruzzo
 Sangiovese,  black cherries with undertones of cedar and spice. It's a medium bodied wine with a well-balanced structure that's dry, warm and silky.

>Barbazzale Rosso Cottanera
This full-bodied, dry red is a blend of Nerello Mascale and Nero d'Avola grown in the eastern part of Sicily. A blend of spice, plum and wild berries make this red a superb partner to the above dish.
