Fusilli

Fusilli with Sundried Tomatoes Sauce (serves 6)
INGREDIENTS

    * 300g Napolina Fusilli
    * 1 tablespoon Napolina Olive Oil
    * 1 tablespoon butter
    * 4 spring onions, chopped finely
    * 2 cloves garlic,crushed
    * 2 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped finely
    * 6-8 sundried tomatoes, drained and sliced
    * Salt and pepper, freshly ground
    * 200ml cream
    * Napolina Italian grated cheese

RECIPE
Cook the pasta in slightly salted boiling water, according to the cooking instructions. Meanwhile, fry the onions and garlic in pre-heated Napolina Olive Oil, add the butter and cook gently until the onions are soft. Add the basil, cream and sundried tomatoes. Simmer gently for about three minutes and season. Drain the Fusilli and pour the sauce over the pasta. Serve with Napolina Italian Grated Cheese.
